Jeff Winger: I discovered at a very early age that if I talk long enough, I can make anything right or wrong. So either I’m God or truth is relative. In either case, boo-yah!
Professor Duncan: Interesting. It’s just that the average person has a much harder time saying “boo-yah” to moral relativism.
I decided with my day off I would spend the day in the city, tucked in a corner somewhere working on my research paper. I googled for places with the pre-requisite of ‘free wifi’ and ‘power points’, and came across 1000 £ bend; sneakily sitting in a warehouse off little lonsdale street. I wasn’t sure this was the entrance until I saw this sign *paused my harry potter audiobook* and thought hmm. this must be precisely where I was headed and even if it wasn’t, it is now.
So I ordered my chai latte and sat down with my wifi coupon on a cushy little couch next to a powerpoint in ‘laptop land’ .. and got on tumblr. but I solemnly swear I am about to start working on my research paper, because my chai has arrived. time to get to work on my macbook pro - complete with sticker skin of a bespectacled owl standing on a pile of books - in my hip corner of melbourne with my chunky TDK headphones on, and skinny jeans. I’ve never felt so simultaneously like a douchebag and a cool kid..
i just said hi to someone and they didn’t hear me i’m never trying that again
